What you'll do:

\n\nMake calls and establish relationships to build your book of business\nClose new and existing customers to move their freight\nNegotiate prices with customers and carriers\nManage daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery\nProvide proactive and honest communication, internally and externally

What you need:

\n\nCollege degree preferred, but no degree required\nAvailability to work full-time, 100% in-office\nDetermination to outwork anyone\nStrong negotiation skills with the professionalism to handle conflict\nEntrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exceptional customer service\nAbility to work with the latest supply chain and logistics technologies\nMilitary veterans encouraged to apply
