Sales Representative - Germany
Job Title:Sales RepresentativeJob Specification:    The Sales Representative reports to the Sales Director Europe / Middle-East and is primarily responsible for the execution of the sales objectives in his/her territory.List of Duties:Sell BL’s products (OD, Sonic, tools and Capital Equipment, Technical Services, spare parts) in a defined Territory and/or to a defined list of Distributors/Direct customers.Sell and follow-up of TSG activities (commissioning, maintenance, technical assistance, etc.).Define with Sales Manager adequate pricing and implement.Protect BL’s margins. Implement price changes when needed.Manage and support distributors (pricing, product range, targets,…).Visit end-users with distributors.Visit and develop direct customers.Find potential new customers (direct or via distributors), markets. Maintain a base of potential distributors. Push the diversification strategy.Respond to tenders. Format and technical support from BDMs.Manage AR, credit limits and payment terms. Synchronize with credit control and CSRs.Follow order processing with CSRs for their respecting customers.Keep and constantly update a customer database with all relevant information. Keep track of all activities in CRM system (pipedrive)Implement marketing actions.Update BDMs and Planner on market information (competition, trends, product feedback,…).Constantly update BDMs with rig utilization information.Feed BDMs with potential case studies.Fill claim forms and follow-up.  0Professional Qualifications:  
 Educational Background : Technical or Mechanical Education (Mining engineer, Construction Engineer or similar) Marketing and Sales qualifications, experienceProfessional Background :Sales RepresentativeComputer Skills:Microsoft OfficeTechnical WritingExperience with an ERP system (Oracle is preferred)Languages:Fluent English and other European language (e.g. French, Spanish)Personal Qualifications:    Customer oriented and target driven.Good practical skills and ability to communicate clearly technical and commercial details to others.Able to prioritize.Analytical and structured.Skilled in advising and training distributors in structuring their business processes to receive optimal results.Self–initiative, motivation, vigilance and safety are a necessary part of the job holder’s responsibility.Remarks:Must be willing to extensively travel in the sales region.Flexible working hours are a constant feature of the job and social skills are needed in meeting with local staff, customers and third parties.Work pressure might peek due to the need for unexpected travel in relation to any product problem issues.Reliability and commitment to Company policy on all issues are expected from the job holder.Need to follow and live the BL Code of Conduct.
