As a Sales\nRepresentative, your focus will foster client\nsatisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer\nexpectations, and develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or\nattending trade shows, seminar, and similar events.


Key\nResponsibilities:

 Achieve sales targets and meet sales KPIsDevelop sales leads through prospecting and networking with partners and industry contactsClose business on an ongoing basis to meet the booking objectivesMaximize Honeywell’s market penetration and value capture in the building services business by developing opportunities through personal selling to target accounts and actively participating in sales capture teams on target projectsLeverage opportunity for the sales team by building partnerships with vendors, consultants, integrators where these relationships can increase market penetration and expand the Honeywell offeringWork with Management Team in establishing market trends, appropriate strategies and product development roadmaps including necessary tools and processesDeploy new business initiatives

Key\nExperience & Capabilities:

 Degree in engineeringAt least 2 years solution sales\n experience in Building Service / Building Automation Business OR\n mechanical (HVAC) service business OR Fire Service businessProven track record in selling\n complex solutions, equipped with solution sales mind setGood Knowledge on automation & control applicationsNetwork in builders,\n contractors, vendorsWell developed business\n analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessmentGood interpersonal and\n presentation skillGood verbal and written\n communication skills in English and ChineseSelf-motivated and have ability\n to work independentlyA good team player

Fresh\ngraduate shall also be considered.
