Responsibilities: + Providing an exceptional customer purchasing experience. + Presenting vehicles to customers to assist them in their buying decision. + Using the Customer Management System to ensure timely, professional follow-up. + Maintaining strong relationships with sold and prospective customers. The Sales Representative II is trained on F&I and provides back-up to the F&I Manager as needed.
