**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Office **Job Description** **Position Location: Paris or Home based** **Main Activities / Responsibilities:** + Manage Isotope Mass Spectrometry (IOMS) sales activities in the country and ensure timely, high-quality sales reporting + Acquire new customers in the areas of Geosciences, Forensics, Food Science, and related fields. + Provide appropriate technical solutions and quotations to prospective customers to lead to the successful closure of sales. + Coordinate and participate in marketing activities, scientific meetings, such as seminars, workshops, or demos as needed to generate and qualify sales leads. + Identify key areas of growth potential and strategies to capture both short and long-term growth. + Close collaboration with the EMEA IOMS Sales team. + Foster alignments with colleagues from CMD and other divisions. + Actively use our CRM to keep IOMS projects timely updated. **Profile :** + University Degree (Masters or equivalent experience; Ph.D. preferred) in Geosciences or related subjects. + Experience working with Isotope Mass Spectrometers. + Sales experience preferred. + Customer-focused with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in different countries (factories, sales operations, internal support functions). + Good verbal and written communication skills in English. + Excellent knowledge of the French Isotope Mass Spectrometry community. + Good product knowledge of the available Isotope Mass Spectrometers in the market. + Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks with different priorities. + Excellent interpersonal, self-motivation, sales, and negotiating skills are an advantage. **Travel Requirement:** + Encouraged to travel approximately 60% in France. + Occasionally, travel to other countries may be required. + Driver’s license.
