Sales Representative (m/f/d) Sportsmed, Upper Extremities - Central Switzerland

We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels inspired, invested, cared for, valued, and have a strong sense of belonging. **How You'll Create Impact** Achievement the sales targets on the assign territory, in specified products’ segment (SportsMed, Trauma, F&A, Extremities). • Plan sales activity based on territory needs to ensure the territory attains or exceeds assigned monthly and/or annual sales goals. • Analyze and assess customers and territory sales trends and submit annual territory marketing and/or sales plan. • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction with products and services offered. • Identify and maintain regular contact with prospective customers to increase market share. • Monitor and control inventories for optimum profitability so that products are delivered to clients as planned. • Support client through on-site training (surgery rooms). • Support medical and events education/training department when needed • Launch and/or collaborate with special projects. **What Makes You Stand Out** • Proven selling & negotiating techniques • Presentation • Communication • Numerate & literate **Your Background** • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Understanding of health economic and health policy interrelations • Strong networking capabilities and sound business acumen to identify, plan, and execute on services • Strong knowledge in Orthopedics, with specific knowledge of competitor’s products and strategies • Significant level of clinical expertise • Strong presentations skills, customer centric, relationship and communication skills • Entrepreneurial , target orientation and organizational skills • Analysis capability, problem solving • Team spirit, willing to learn **Travel Expectations** 80% EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
