**A Day in the Life**
In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für das Erreichen der Umsatz- und Ertragsziele durch Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen, Management der Kundenpotenziale und Koordinieren der Verkaufsaktivitäten in Ihrem zuständigen Vertriebsgebiet. Sie verantworten den strategischen Verkauf innerhalb der Business Unit Cardiac Surgery (ECT = Extra Corporeal Therapy). Es erwartet Sie eine interessante und vielseitige Projektaufgabe im Bereich Cardiac Surgery, was die Perfusion und die extrakorporale Lebensunterstützung in der Intensivmedizin mit zahlreichen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten beinhaltet. In dieser Rolle sind Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen internen Abteilungen, wie Marketing, und externen Ansprechpartnern, wie Krankenhäusern und anderen nicht-klinischen Stakeholdern.
Diese Position umfasst die Region Ostdeutschland (vorwiegend Umgebung Berlin oder Leipzig), wobei Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home-Office) Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein.
**Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:**
+ Erreichen der Umsatz- und Ertragsziele im zugewiesenen Verkaufsgebiet und mit zugewiesenem Produktportfolio (ECT) sowie Umsetzung von Verkaufs- und Marketingstrategien
+ Identifikation und Entwicklung der Account Potenziale, Dokumentation im CRM (Customer-Relationship-Management)
+ Beziehungsmanagement mit den klinischen Stakeholdern sowie strategisches Key Opinion Leader-Engagement
+ Abstimmung der Verkaufstaktik mit Business Unit-Manager und Marketing sowie Initiierung von Angeboten
+ Operationen(OP)-Begleitung und Anwendungsberatung - Präsentation der Produktpalette vor Ärzten, OP-Personal und Kardiotechnikern sowie Einkäufern/ Verwaltung, einschließlich Produkttrainings und Einarbeitung von Ärzten und OP-Personal, Durchführung von Seminaren und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen
+ Teilnahme an nationalen Ausstellungen und Kongressen sowie Marktbeobachtung
+ **Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:**
+ Mindestens 3-8 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung mit erklärungsbedürftigen Medizinprodukten
+ Abgeschlossene(s) Ausbildung/Studium im betriebswirtschaftlichen oder medizinischen Bereich
+ Kenntnisse im Klinikgeschäft und Med-Tech Branche
+ Ausgeprägte Verhandlungsstärken sowie Geschäftssinn, sehr gutes Verständnis für das Geschäft der Kunden
+ Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
+ Analytische sowie strategische Stärken
