We have immediate opportunities for Outside Sales Agents to join our Membership Sales team and expand AAA membership across the state.

Responsibilities:

Selling AAA membership products to businesses & organizationsSource, develop leads, prospect and continually networkPossess a competitive sales drive to meet and or exceed sales and performance goals on a consistent basisCold calling businessesWork independentlyFollow-up on prospects and identify cross sell opportunitiesConduct professional B2B sales presentations using Power Point skillsAttending AAA-sponsored events as neededExcel knowledge for reporting is requiredOvernight travel is required to attend events, training, and or meetings within the state.

Required/ Preferred Skills: 

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experienceMinimum 2 years of Cold Calling experienceSuccessful completion of background check and drug screenMust occasionally be physically able to lift and or move more than 25lbs Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and discipline to work independentlyPossess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving recordProvide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire

*Paid Training will be onsite at AAA Texas Headquarters in Coppell, Texas for 6 weeks. For employees outside of the Dallas/Ft Worth area, training includes paid travel, accommodations, meal expenses and one paid round trip visit home halfway through training.
