About the role:
\nTQL is seeking motivated, high performing individuals to apply for our Fast Track Sales Development Program. We will pay to relocate you to Cincinnati, Ohio to train with some of the top brokers in the company. Once you’ve completed training and built a solid book of business, TQL will pay to relocate you again to any of our 60+ offices nationwide. What you'll do:
\n\nSpend 26 weeks partnered with a successful freight broker\nMake calls and establish relationships to build your book of business\nClose new and existing customers\nNegotiate prices with customers and carriers\nManage daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery\nProvide proactive and honest communication, internally and externally\n\n
