What the role looks like: + Works within the dedicated territory for clients; + Qualifies leads from provided data base for sales opportunities; + Initiate outbound telephone calls as follow up to marketing campaigns and inbound 'leads' (from website, events, webinars, etc.) to understand audience interest and further the sales discussion; + Answers questions from and provides knowledgeable product and services information to call recipients; + Gathers and records customer information; + Promote strategic adoption of product(s) enhancing the customer experience, establishing optimal usage behaviors and accelerating the customer's time to value; + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to optimize sales processes, systems and achieve a superior customer experience; + Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured in a timely manner; + Provide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast; + The working hours for this role are **M/F from 09:00AM till 17:30PM** Your Profile: + Fluent in **Spanish and English** – both written and spoken + At least 2-3 years of experience working in a customer service or sales environment preferred + Prior success in achievement of individual and/or team sales quota/goals + Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment while developing positive customer relationships + Experience working with CRM (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) is advantage + Demonstrated aptitude and success to learn and optimize new technology and data + Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with proven success What we offer: + Friendly multicultural and multilingual environment; + Mentoring, training, and career development programs; + Happiness programs and internal social events; + Additional health care package; + Benefits and discounts - food vouchers, Multisport card, etc.; + Birthday Time Off; + Volunteer Time Off.
