About The Role
As a Sales Resource Administrator you’ll support our National team with a combination of creative projects and administrative tasks. Reporting to the Director, Sales Resources, you will manage communications, webinars, and training logistics while contributing to branding and design efforts, such as creating PowerPoint presentations, fillable forms, and updating content on Sitecore. This role is well-suited for someone who is organized, adaptable, and has a creative eye for design.
 

What You’ll Do

Manage the general inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Prepare and send communications using Dynamics, including posting events to Sitecore.

Create and distribute advisor and retail newsletters.

Set up and run webinars using GoToWebinar or Zoom, coordinating with speakers.

Assist with applying for and issuing Continuing Education (CE) credits.

Organize and administer Master Works Professional Advisor Training courses.

Design and create PowerPoint presentations with a focus on branding.

Develop fillable forms for digital use.

Handle other administrative tasks as required.

What You’ll Need for Success

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field is an asset.

Experience with Sitecore or similar content management systems is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint/Excel, with an eye for branding and visual design.

Familiarity with creating fillable forms and other interactive documents.

Experience with email marketing platforms such as Dynamics is an asset.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A creative mindset with an interest in graphic design, branding, and content creation.

Experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop is an asset.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
