Job Description

Your main responsibility is to identify major opportunities and manage, develop and grow the sales funnel (10-15 mln USD) to achieve annual sales targets.

Develop the relationship with the retailers and increase profitable share of wallets at retailers by developing the value proposition, targeting full-size and fractional-size pallets, and different sectors.

 

What you will do:

 

New business opportunities and acquisition

Build appropriate level relationships with prospects and sell CHEP valueDevelop commercial proposals in line with CHEP policy, offering newest solutions, procedures and processesEngage and cooperate with other CHEP teams to convert opportunities and implement CHEP systemIdentify savings generated by pooling and develop an account plan to achieve targets in nominated areas

 

Retail Account Management

Responsible for business relationship building and maintenance with TOP retailers within FMCG segment on Czech marketManages and maintains high stock and flow KPIs in cooperation with the retailersResponsible for negotiating the renewal or changes to the contractCommunicate contractual agreements/changes to applicable departmentsResponsible for ensuring correct incentive calculations and paymentsDefines and executes the action plans to minimize the lossesDevelops advocacy programs with retailers

 

 

Who we are looking for:

Must-Have:

Strong language skills in both Czech (Slovak) and EnglishGood presentation skills2-4 years of experience in SalesHigh negotiation skillsResult-oriented and influencing skillsAppropriate working proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and WordDriving license B Category

 

Nice to Haves:

Experience in supply chain and warehouse logistics sectorExperience in B2B retail sector, or project type of selling to large manufacturing organizations with complex decision-making processesAnalytical mindset and problem solving attitude
