- ANSWERING PHONES & PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
- SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
- INVOICING & CREATING CREDIT MEMOS
- PROCESSING OF PAYMENTS
- FOLLOW-UP ON QUOTES AND CUSTOMER REQUESTS
- MANAGE BUSY OFFICE ENVIRONMENT WITH PHONES & EMAILS (THESE TASKS ARE SHARED AMONGST ALL OFFICE PERSONNEL)
- HIGH ACCURACY AND EFFICIENCY WITH DATA ENTRY
- MULTI-TASKING EFFICIENTLY TO HANDLE THESE ABOVE TASKS THROUGHOUT DAILY OPERATIONS AND OTHER GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES
- ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND TAKE OWNERSHIP OF ASSIGNED TASKS

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
