In this role you will be lead the Sales, Service and Project Execution organization of ABB’s Global Product Group Power Protection in Germany. You will be accountable for business performance, local strategy implementation and ambitious growth targets achievement. In this role you will be reporting to the Global, Sales and Service and Project Execution Leader.

Your responsibilities

Accountable for driving and implementing the business commercial strategy and commercial deployment of the organization in Germany.Ensures the integrated commercial success of the organization to drive business growth and market share, enabling the organization to achieve its short, mid, and long-term performance and growth objectives within the assigned geographical scope.Evaluates market opportunities and decides appropriate activities in line with the Division and Agile Unit strategy.Continuously positions (promotes) and manages the products, solutions, systems and/or service portfolio to achieve and secure market leadership.Builds and maintains strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure optimal management of Key Account based is the territory.Ensures the execution of projects according to agreed targets in terms of schedule, quality, financial results, and customer satisfaction.Ensures that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.

Your background

Postgraduate degree or above, in Business or Engineering field. MBA preferredSeveral years of experience in UPS industry and/or Data Center industryWide network across data center industry and IT channelsPrevious experience in electric (High, Medium Low Voltage Products and Systems) and automation industryUnderstanding of mission critical segments: Data Center, Infrastructure, UtilityKnowledge of the industry, local governmental requirements, today’s global market conditions, full awareness of the sales function technicalities/ methodologies, usage of SAP and other modern day smart tools, and how to use them to serve business and customer requirementsFluent written and oral communications in German and English
