Sales Service Representative
Job Title: Sales Service RepresentativeJob Description The Sales Service Representative is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by exceeding customer requirements and expectations from point of sale through delivery of product and invoicing. As the primary contact post-sales, the SSR will represent a designated customer base and support multiple sales territories. Sales Service Reps are highly skilled collaborators with customers and business stakeholders, managing a diversity of commercial and supply chain conversations to ensure successful execution and management of complex processes to supply the sale of products. Sales Service Reps are required to be high-performing to maximize the customer experience. Responsibilities include managing the entire order-to-cash process for assigned customers, quickly resolving customer issues, including pricing, transactions, complaints, orders, shipments, and a wide number of other issues. SSRs will also manage inside sales for the transactional segment of customers at list/approved prices. They are responsible for critical thinking and problem-solving to quickly resolve customer issues related to pre and post-contract and order processes, ensuring successful solutioning of both offer-to-cash processes or technical systems that are negatively impacting the customer. SSRs handle case management with financial approval for complaint resolution at authorized levels while ensuring SOX controls and risk management. They are responsible for all documentation and determining when a complaint is considered resolved. SSRs serve as customer advocates, ensuring customer requirements are met, which can include customer visits and/or participation in Customer Delivery Teams. They evaluate and monitor contract and order analytics to ensure accurate planning for internal and external stakeholders and handle miscellaneous job-related duties such as project work, data governance, analytics specific to the customer, contract and order management, documentation, and evaluation of processes. SSRs ensure and escalate data governance to leaders and manage digital organization and customer-facing applications specific to order processing and management. Workflow and process documentation may be required. Work Site This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Lithia, Florida and some days remote. Work Environment Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday WFH - Thursday in office, 8:00am-5:00pm. Training takes a couple of weeks for new hires to get acclimated. We ask for in-office attendance during this period. WFH transition occurs after demonstrating the ability to operate independently.
