Ensures and guides processes and activities for an assigned organizational unit in order to effectively support sales teams and customer organizations in all administration related matters, concerning both sales and after-sales processes.Responsible for managing a highly effective team of remote workers to ensure the proper disposition of all Service Work Orders in North America directly impacting service revenue and margins while adhering to all regulatory compliance requirements.Provide reliable solution and process implementation to drive accountability and results for the business.Manage change and champion process improvement projects.Work closely with the contracts team and the service revenue team members to ensure all service expenses are captured accurately and timely based on contract entitlement listed in the financial system tool.Provide effective communications with internal and external customers enforcing company policies and procedures for many functions.Manage and Mentor a team of remote employees.Develops productivity standards and individual goals, monitors their achievement and prepares productivity and progress reports.Perform all leadership responsibilities associated with the FSR/RRB Processing department to include staffing, delivery of results, career development and performance feedback.Ensures the team’s product knowledge - Keeps abreast of new products, terminology, services, service rates, service contract types and has sufficient product knowledge to effectively communicate with internal and external customers on routine and escalated matters. The base pay range for this position is $104,000.00 - 129,930.00 - 156,000.00 USD Annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is 10% of base salary. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
