SALES SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST – EAST DELI/FRESHERIZED TEAM.  FLEXIBLE HORMEL LOCATION (PREFERRED-BETHLEHEM, PA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Works within Hormel systems (HDS) to pull and format reports for the Sales team. Ability to consistently work within Hormel’s SMART tool and planning tool to conduct data entry, deduction resolution, pricing confirmation. Assists the team with updating forecasting in the system Conducts routine discussions with the Sales team regarding deduction resolution Completes timecard in the ADP system Utilize the Pricing Mismatch Report to work with Sales and Brand Managers on pricing discrepancies Process JOTS promotional check requests in High Radius Process Pricing sheets and Cost Change forms for key customers Performs a variety of other sales-related activities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

Demonstrated above average proficiency in the Windows environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, calendar, and have basic internet navigation skills. Demonstrated pattern of highly effective communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated above average problem solving and analytical ability. Organization and prioritization skills. Ability to work with details in a fast-paced environment; prioritizing and multitasking within systems.   Ability to learn new systems for data entry and reporting.

Preferred

Experience using Excel pivot tables. Experience working with deal entry and data reporting systems. Analytical skill set and problem solving skills.

At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.  The base hiring pay range for this role is between $18.36 - $25.73 per hour, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location
