Sales/ Solutions Account Manager - Cape Town
Minimum requirements for the role:
Minimum Grade 12 is essential for this role. Previous (At least 5 years) sales experience working in a similar environment The successful candidate must be results driven with living to the values of the Company. Must have a strong understanding of the company's products/services. Must have strong communication skills for both team and client interactions. Communication in writing and verbal well presented, in an accurate, concrete, clear, concise, and understandable manner to maximize comprehension of the message. Ability to manage client expectations and build long-term relationships. The potential or capacity to appreciate and understand how one’s own job fits in with other jobs and the job structure of the company, the contents and importance of company policies and procedures and its contribution to the whole. Must have MS Office Computer skills, with Intermediate to Presentations, Word/ Excel and mail writing. E-mail CVs to [email protected]  
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, and promoting the company's products or services. Playing a pivotal role in driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Proactive in identifying and addressing client needs. Building and establishing relationships with new clients by thoroughly researching them and arranging a sales call to present the product solutions to the key decision makers and ultimately closing the sale. Maintaining relationships with existing clients by being in contact with them on a regular basis and being their key contact also ensures that their needs are met, as well as up-sell or cross-sell other solutions to the client. Preparing quotations, sales proposals and tender documentation and submitting these to prospective clients in accordance with their requirements and needs. Advising clients on the best possible solution for their application. Providing proper and accurate sales forecasts to the Sales Manager on a weekly basis. Compiling lost and won statistics. Liaising with the deployment department to ensure that deployment takes place in accordance with the client’s requirements. Following up with the client to establish that they are satisfied that the deployment has occurred in line with their expectations. Following up once order is obtained on initial payment with client. Participating in the design/ development/ review/ implementation and monitoring of the staff/ office safety plans for each year. E-mail CVs to [email protected]
