Job Description

Sales Specialist, Ultrasound Service

Develop and drive Customer Service (CS), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Install Base replacement (Sales) Business for Ultrasound (US) across UKI.

Your role:

To drive business growth by direct sales & opportunity management of Ultrasound Customer Service, Customer Lifetime Value and supporting lead generation & sales management for IB replacement.

Provide expertise through sales presentations related to Customer Service, Customer Lifetime Value and IB replacement for existing Ultrasound Install Base.

This role collaborates with Key Account Managers and Partners across the UKI and offers you chance to work from home and travel to meet customers throughout the UKI, as well as team colloboration in our head office in Farnborough, Hampshire

You’re right for this role if:

You have experience selling service or warranty contracts and have used data to evaluate desirable solutions.

You know the importance of having a strong customer focus and sales mindset, with an entrepreneurial and commercial thinking style

You able to draw upon your strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively perform in a complex matrix environment and develop relationships with internal/external stakeholders.

You are at your most comfortable with ambiguity and working independently energises you.

You hold a UK Driving License and are happy to travel UK wide.

Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
