We are hiring a sales engineer (M/F) to join the sales team at Comarch-France.
The sales team is made up of 4 employees who share a common goal: to be a driving force behind COMARCH's objective of becoming a leader in the French collection market.
Your responsibilities
• Prospecting and detection of projects targeting large accounts;
• Support, monitoring and qualification of incoming leads;
• Promotion of our solutions, in particular the Comarch Unified Commerce Platform during pair meetings with a pre-sales consultant;
• Monitoring/follow-up of contacted prospects and customers through a CRM tool;
• Drafting of commercial offers in line with customer expectations (in collaboration with the technical teams);
• Presentation of the commercial offer to customers and contract negotiations;
• Quality monitoring of projects in live post-go.
Candidate profile
• Coming from commercial or engineering school with technical training, you are dynamic, insightful and organized;
• You have knowledge of IT and are passionate about this field;
• You have significant initial commercial experience, absolutely in the IT sector;
• You have the ability to understand customer issues and you know how to adapt your approach to their challenges;
• You have a sense of commitment to customers and management;
• You are perseverant in achieving your goals and motivated to move towards excellence;
• You have a good level of English.
