JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Sells products, systems and services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for the Process Automation division. Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product, systems and services offering to align and influence the customer to purchase from the company. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Prepares sales Opportunity plans that define Scope, Player Map, Strategy, Tactical Actions and Support required to Win the maximum share of scope within the Opportunity. Prepares Key Account customer plans to create demand within the customer stakeholder network, mobilize customer. Budget applications and deliver Value Proposals to Customer team to convert the demand creation concepts into tangible business Orders.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Tertiary qualification in Automation or Electrical Engineering Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Tendering, Project Management, Services or Project Engineering within the industrial segments such as Mining, Cement, Pulp-&-Paper, Metals, Food & Beverage and Data Centers. Process Automation experience and application knowledge. Projects experience within one or multiple of the industrial segments such as Mining, Cement, Pulp-&-Paper, Metals, Food & Beverage and Data Centres. Exposure and functional knowledge of Electrical Systems such as Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, Motor Control and Variable Speed Drives.
