Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tDevelop markets in Jiangxi and Hainan to increase the customer coverage;•\tAchieve sales targets actively and efficiently;•\tEstablish and maintain customer relationships; •\tIdentify and develop sales opportunities according to the plans;•\tPrepare technical & commercial proposals for customer communication;•\tProject management support in the execution cycle;•\tMake the sales process a positive experience for the customer;
Qualifications for the role\tBachelor degree with major in electrical/electronics/automation or instrumentation;\tAt least 3 years sales experience in related industries; \tFamiliar with the Instrument products is preferred;\tResult driven, strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at teamwork;\tAble to frequently travel for customer visit and presentation;\tBe able to work independently under a high pressure.
