As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Sales Professional to join our Siemens Malaysia Electrical Products Business. In this role, you will plan and execute sales targets and activities in the Central Region, aiming to increase sales with potential customers and achieve defined commercial goals.
You will make an impact by:• Lead Generation - Identify and target specific customer segments to generate qualified leads within the assigned portfolio.• Sales Planning and Execution - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve annual sales targets and business objectives. Analyze market conditions and build a network of stakeholders to identify opportunities.• Market Collaboration - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.• Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers across customer functions.• CRM Utilization - Leverage CRM tools to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions and provide valuable insights.• Customer Support - Provide expert guidance on customer commercial needs and support internal teams to deliver optimal solutions.
Your success is grounded in:• Sales Experience - Proven sales track record of at least 3 years in Panel Builders market. Not limited to End Users, M&E Consultants and Contractors.• Customer Engagement - Ability to engage with customers throughout the project lifecycle from initial planning to securing purchase orders.• Product Knowledge - In-depth understanding of electrical protection devices and distribution networks. Knowledge in Low Voltage products is in added advantage.• Sales Process - Proficiency in RFQ analysis, technical requirement evaluation, commercial negotiation and sales presentation.• Interpersonal Skills - Excellent influencing and persuasion skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.• Strong independent worker and customer service oriented - Able to maintain regular contact with sales support teams and management from a distance.
