Sales Specialist

**Job Description Summary**
You will provide services to the Taiwan BDI peripheral interventional business team and be responsible for the sales of peripheral vascular therapy products and the implementation of clinical strategies and strategies in southern Taiwan to achieve established business goals, such as revenue and profit goals, and customer development goals.
**Job Description**
+ Comply with BD’s Business Code of Conduct.
+ Maintain & develop relationships with existing users/ accounts.
+ Sales and promotion of peripheral vascular therapy related products.
+ Improve users’ awareness & skills, assist users to find the solutions of practice via educational workshops, trainings, or resources.
+ Assist the company to manage the inventory and financial forecast by providing accurate sales forecast and also to monitor inventories and maintain accurate consignment.
+ Assist in most sales and marketing activities to maximize business opportunities within assigned territory.
+ Ensure the completion of personal goals and share experiences to assist new businesses in the team to complete KPIs.
+ Fulfilling the core value of mutual respect and teamwork in workplace.
+ Customer: Physicians, nurses, and hospital procurement staff.
+ Environment: Cath Room/Operation Room/Angio Room.
