Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist for our Motion Business Area in Zagreb, Croatia. This position covers Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Albania. You will proactively monitor sales performance, implement corrective actions, and lead efforts to secure business growth. Additionally, you will develop and coach the sales organization to exceed targets. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be accountable for sales of drives, motors, and PLCs, driving volumes and margins, and building strong customer relationships through excellent service.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Motion business in Zagreb.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tEstablishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full product and systems offering, and aligning to provide a solution.•\tEnsuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.•\tPreparing sales documentation using company tools.•\tCreating added value for the customer and ABB, and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques.•\tCommunicating details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).•\tEnsuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.•\tIdentifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.You will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

You are immersed in working with Drives, Motors, and PLCs, and the LV/MV drive systems market. Ability to demonstrate your experience in sales with a minimum of 4/5 years of experience in the field. Possess an enhanced knowledge of Salesforce, MS tools, and SAP system. You are passionate about developing and managing customer relationships and have strong communication skills. You hold a Degree in Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, or Control and Automation Engineering. You are at ease communicating in Croatian at a fluent level and English at an advanced level. You hold a valid driving license and have no obstacles for traveling
