Area Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of Smart Building/Smart Power products within a designated Electrification market in Surabaya and Bali, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: #HybridThis role is contributing to the Electrification business in Surabaya, Indonesia. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tCommunicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.•\tEnsuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.•\tIdentifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.•\tManaging administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
Qualifications for the role\tDegree in Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical is preferable \tYou have at least 3-5 years of experience in Sales within Surabaya and Bali area\tFamiliar with Smart Building/Smart Power products, in industry, infrastructure and high rise building are preferable\tYou are at ease communicating in both Bahasa Indonesia and English\tWilling to be located in Surabaya
