Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications for the roleNational Diploma / University degree (engineering background preferable)Minimum 5 years track record in sales or engineering related field to demonstrate capability to achieve business results.Experience of business development with sales records for new customers/markets. Mining segment (CMM) and SSA market knowledge preferred.Market and products specific knowledge of LV and MV drive products is compulsory.Experience with sales of electrical or mechanical products.Proficient in computer skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and manage effective working relationships at all levelsPreference will be given to employment equity candidates.
