Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division in Mexico.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tWorking with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.•\tWorking with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.•\tUsing your knowledge of customers’ needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers.•\tMonitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.Our team dynamicsYou will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelors Degree in Control and Automation, Electronics and Communication, Chemical, Mechatronics Engineering or related.\t3-5 years of experience in CAPEX (instrumentation) sales.\tTechnical knowledge of instrumentation and analytical applications (flow, pressure, level and temperature) is needed.\tExperience in industrial branding and channel partner development is desirable.\tInstrumentation product management and experience with marketing strategies are a plus.\tStrong knowledge of instrumentation and analytical applications (CEMS, SWAS, CAW, Gas Chromatography) is desirable.\tKnowledge of MS Office and Salesforce.\tAvailability to travel.\tAdvanced level of English is needed.
