Demonstrates a deep understanding of the print industry to effectively position the offerings and articulate their value to potential clients.Engages with clients to understand their needs, analyze their challenges, and provide tailored solutions aligning with client’s business and IT goals.Prepares and delivers sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the organization's products or services.Identifies and nurtures upselling, cross-selling, and growth opportunities within existing accounts in collaboration with the direct sales accounts.Concentrates on growing contract renewals for mid-to-large accounts, emphasizing higher total contract value.Assists in the training of new sales team members, sharing expertise and best practices to help them develop their sales skills.Monitors sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess individual and team performance by tracking conversion rates, sales pipeline, and revenue targets.Stays up to date with industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
Education :
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $177,800 to $273,800 annually, with a 60/40 (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
