Job Description Activity 1-Prospecting-Engage in mobility sales prospecting * Attend on-site customer meetings, public safety events, etc * Generate sales leads * Follow up on assigned sales leads * Funnel management Activity 2-Sales-Negotiation, pricing, and contracting activity to deliver an executed agreement between customer and AT&T. * Negotiate device/rate plan/feature pricing * Develop post-sale deployment plan * Execute agreement Activity 3-Deployment-Perform ordering functions and deploy services. * In compliance with the executed agreement, engage in ordering of services via AT&T systems * Collaborate with customer on deployment schedule * Perform on-site deployment with customer * Post-deployment testing and validation of customer requirements Activity 4-Lifecycle Support-Post deployment, provide lifecycle support to customer * Troubleshoot post deployment issues and billing disputes * Provide device warranty services as defined in customer agreement * Engage in post sale new sales and deployments * Perform disconnect activity initiated by customer We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
