As our Sales Specialist Representative, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

 

Responding to incoming leads in a timely manner and nurture continuously Focusing on lead qualification and lead conversion Conducting discovery calls with prospects Executing Sewio sales process strictly adhering to provided sales process training Maintaining CRM with customer and partner data in a standardized method Executing sales process to consult with clients to uncover their desired business outcomes Proactively expanding personal knowledge of latest relevant IIOT market developments in Manufacturing Hardware and Software solutions and terminologies Attending product trainings/webinars and events as assigned Supporting Sales Managers as necessary including Customer success team Coordinating with Customer Service, Operations, Legal and Finance for supporting sales orders and sample orders Attending weekly team calls and participating in one on ones and coaching sessions Understanding aspects of pricing and quoting Must be able to book/close deals independently as well in a team

Effective selling skills, up to date telecommunication and presentation skills, as well as good interpersonal skills Demonstrated time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organization skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision with a resourceful mindset Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and complete short-term and/or long-term tasks and project assignments on time Ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere Professional appearance and presentation are required Must demonstrate customer focused mentality Ability to work across multiple teams and collaborate between departments Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows. Web based tools or CRM tools like SalesForce and Odoo

 

 

Your Experience and Education include:             

 

Associate degree or equivalent training and experience of working within a busy customer service or inside sales environment is an advantage Minimum 2 years’ experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or sales assistant and a demonstrated ability to understand and achieve stretch targets. Capable of designing and using metrics to deliver meaningful information measuring own performance Effective up-to-date telecommunications and written communication skills Demonstrated time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organization skills Experience of working on projects and evidence of delivering to deadlines Knowledge of the industry, principal actors, and products would be a plus
