The Opportunity 

The position is primarily responsible for maximizing growth opportunities by achieving sales targets of all promoted products through the implementation of the Company's product specific marketing action plan while adhering to the Company's operations guidelines and practices.

1. Effective communication to drive SMBG recommendation and brand alignment.

Profile Healthcare Professionals and Key Decision Makers relevant to the SMBG Market to develop a Territory Masterlist (TML) and create/deliver an effective Call Plan to achieve customer reach and frequency within set organizational standards.Develop and execute a strategic Call Plan to engage customers.Evaluate and enhance brand preference among healthcare professionals.

2. Program Implementation and Project Management

Implement marketing programs flawlessly and on time.Execute product strategies to achieve objectives.Utilize monitoring tools to measure program efficiency.

3. Hospital Account Management and Development

Drive marketing strategies (Quest Quality Management Solution and Price Performance Tool) to penetrate and maintain hospital accounts.Provide training on product knowledge and troubleshooting. Eg. Train Hospital staff on product knowledge as well as basic troubleshooting of Accu-Chek installed meters in the Hospital.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company values. Eg. Roche Core Values and Leadership Commitments, Roche Code of Conduct and Behavior in Business.

4. Sub-distributor Management.

Collaborate with sub-distributor sales teams to execute programs to further the Hospital business. Liaise with the Sub-distributor in the bid participation in selected Hospital Address inquiries and issues from hospitals promptly to Customer Service Associate (CAS) and/or managerLead materials requisition needed in the upkeep of installed meters in the hospitals and materials for demo-related activities presentation at sub-distributor partners within territory.Lead in securing the In-Market Sales (IMS) report from the sub-distributor in territory.

5. Territory  Account Management

Provide insights on sales probability, emerging customer issues and competitor data to leadershipOptimize ROI through tactical & strategic planning and cross-functional communication.Engage with key opinion leaders to support business objectives.Be a partner/consultant in shaping their plans, decisions and supporting their professional objectives to achieve RDC  business strategy and goals .Identify effectively the needs of the customer and provide competitive differentiation and value definition of Roche offering in collaboration with the Marketing team.

6. Business Development - Industrial

Establish and profile a list of target industrial accounts in the assigned territory Develop strategy and plans to capture and retain target industrial accounts in the territory

7. Sales Coordination and Monitoring.

Liaise with the Sales Coordinator to ensure that purchase orders from accounts are invoiced and delivered on a timely basis. Teamwork with the Sales Coordinator in facilitating, ensuring completion and timely submission of the bid requirements to external bid partners or sub-distributor. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders including Key Accounts of external partners in facilitating relevant documents as necessary for account penetration and product maintenance. Maintain accurate sales reporting.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree with previous sales experience in Pharma/Diagnostics industry.Proficiency in both English and Filipino (written and spoken)Ability to work in a field-based role with out-base travel. Willing to work flexible hours if extra support is required. Strong interpersonal, selling & negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.Cover area including South Luzon territory (Lower Laguna/(Calamba-Sta. Cruz) Batangas/Quezon/Bicol)​
