Sales Sr Associate
Overview The Sales Sr Associate reports to the Director of Sales and support (2) Directors and is required to become aware of business trends, economic conditions, customer developments, competitive activities, and historical category learning's in providing business decision support to the Sales Team. The Sales Sr Associate contributes to the success of PBC by managing the execution of customer pricing information and accurately entering data from multiple sources into PBC’s financial system. They will be required to but not limited to analyze pricing data for automation upload and to resolve customer disputes as well as serve as the primary point of contact for pricing activity, distribution reporting, equipment ordering & weekly financial reporting support. The Sales Analyst will have a strong competency and knowledge in the area of information management, demonstrated computer literacy and application including Power Point, Essbase, Excel and Word. This position requires well-developed interpersonal communication skills, an assertive and well-organized individual, who is capable of working as part of a team. Responsibilities Assist in the delivery of key business metrics (i.e. net revenue, margin contribution) in a manner that is consistent with the strategic direction of the business Complete score-carding updates relative to the KPI's on a weekly / period basis with appropriate action planning direction as required Accurately input, maintain and communicate pricing information for key customers in PBC’s financial systems including daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual price change requests Handle business transactions in connection with pricing input within define timelines and standards Facilitate resolution of all discrepancies within the system; troubleshooting with respective contacts and account owners Ensure systems contain accurate information and integrity of data maintained (Customer and Products) Continually maintain working knowledge of all products, customers and pricing data specific to a customer to minimize pricing short pay exceptions Leverage thorough knowledge of customer, systems, and processes to drive timely and accurate execution of price entry Identify and escalate process and procedural change needs between the CSC and the field Collect and manage approved Customer pricing; identifying issues and recommendations to improve Partner with customer Account Owner to drive discipline and customer confirmation of pricing Respond to Field and Customer inquiries and route critical issues to appropriate field representative/pricing analysts as needed To undertake special assignments as directed by the Director of Sales This position is also responsible for administrative work including but not limited to coordination/planning/organization of events Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $75,950 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
