Homes.com is growing quickly and we’re looking for analysts to help accelerate our growth. This role will be responsible for building out the data and reporting ecosystem Homes.com Sales will use to assess and drive sales performance.
You will work with a diverse range of stakeholders to design, build, maintain, and improve Sales data and business intelligence reporting products.
This position is located in Richmond, VA and offers 4 days a week onsite with 1 day remote.
Responsibilities
Develop sales strategies to optimize prospect segmentation, prospect contact, sales conversion, product pricing, special offers, ongoing servicing, sales incentives and contests, and sales workforce effectivenessAnalytically assess sales performance across strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and create options and recommendationsDevelop hypotheses, test them, and analyze resultsDevelop improvement solutions, scope operational feasibility, lead implementation efforts and develop comprehensive monitoring plansWork closely Sales, Finance, Product, and Technology partners to drive improvement in sales results, sales process, data capture, forecasts, and qualityBasic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college in any quantitative major (Business, Economics, Finance, Math, Science, Engineering)A track record of commitment to prior employers2+ years of experience in analytical work such as business, operations, or product strategy or consulting2+ years of experience writing SQL queries and performing data analyticsPreferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Math, Science, Engineering)2+ years of experience in sales or marketing strategy1+ years of experience in consultingProficiency using SQL tools like Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, or DatabricksKnowledge in working with Data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIA proven track record of decision making and analytical problem-solving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environmentStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communications skillsWhat’s in it for You
