Sales & Strategy Executive Coordinator
**Job Description:** We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team. This position is essential to ensuring the seamless operation of executive Sales & Strategy functions while driving strategic initiatives and managing key projects across the Sales & Strategy organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, a keen understanding of organizational dynamics, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. **Responsibilities:** 1. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Sales & Strategy executive leadership team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence. 2. Meeting Management: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. 3. Communication: Act as a liaison between the Sales & Strategy executive team and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries and delivering information with discretion and professionalism. 4. Document Preparation: Draft and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. 5. Strategic Planning and Project Management: Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects. 6. Operational Efficiency: Support implementation of process improvements and solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency. 7. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. 8. Data Analysis: Collect data to support strategic decision-making and provide actionable insights to the executive team. **Qualifications** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace), and proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive assistance or administration. Project management experience is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
