Participate on corporate task forces or lead sales division task forces and represent the sales division, client, broker, and prospect audiences in key business decisions.
Evaluate sales processes/procedures and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage large, unique projects requiring business partner alliances, and/or management of external resources.
Analyze reports, communicate, and create tools to enhance the company’s position in the marketplace. Liaison directly with Marketing on interdivisional strategies.
Provide strategic and routine sales support on various sales inquiries (prospecting, competitive, strategy development, finalist presentations, etc.).
Produce sales tools, presentations, exhibits, communications, and other key deliverables to keep the company positioned appropriately. Present recommendations on positioning and deliverables to Sales Management and deploy to LOB's sales force.
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field; in lieu of degree 4 years functional experience
Demonstrated analytical skills, business decision making skills and working a team environment
Experience articulating ideas in presentations and in writing, identifying key findings and recommendations to management and team members
Demonstrate ability to influence others to effectively sell and position business solutions
Demonstrate ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization as well as outside the company
Experience in the development and maintenance of database type systems (Access preferred)
Experience managing large amounts of raw data and being able to synthesize into informational data to be used in business decisions
Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Strong organization skills to prioritize multiple tasks while working effectively in a very fast paced and dynamic environment

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
