Sales Supervisor

Respect for ourselves grows through all the hard work and great service we provide to the communities we are privileged to serve. **Job Duties:** + Lead, mentor, and coach sales professionals to maximize their potential. + Partner with and lead sales representatives in selling waste andrecyclingremoval services + Prepare bids, weekly call reports andcold callingnew and existing customers. + Act as the main point of contact for a current book of business. + Manage customer escalations as appropriate. + Interacting with customers, business associations and trade shows. + Gathering contract expiration dates, documenting existing customer concerns and working with other departments to satisfy customer requests for service + Prospect and exploremarket opportunities + Build relationships and resolving challenges with current customers. + Develop relationships with coworkers,strategic planning, andaccount management. **Qualification Requirements:** + 3 years of management experience in anoutside salesenvironment + Be self-motivated, competitive, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. + Excellent customer service skills. + 5 years outsidebusiness-to-businesscontract sales with a proven track record of success. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. + Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills. + Must demonstrate excellent time &territory managementskills. + Must periodically be available outside of normal business hours. **The position provides:** + Local territory.
