Sales Supervisor

Supervise a team of Territory Growth Reps on all aspects of customer service including b2b sales, pricing & service integrity, managing Books of Business, maintaining & managing their loss budget and negotiating service agreements.

Job Responsibilities:

Insure that the sales programs are being implementedDevelop, motivate, and manage sales staffManage the district's pricing quality and margin enhancementManage the sales costs of the districtInsure that the monthly budget is metPrepare bids, sales reports and track revenuesInteract with customers and regulatory agencies

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree2 years waste industry experience preferred2-5 years sales experiencePrevious Sales Supervision experienceExcellent communication, computer and organizational skills
