Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for logistics and customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, assisting with quotations, pricing, and proposal preparation. Coordinate closely with operations to ensure smooth handling of client shipments and address any service issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities. Respond promptly to client inquiries and follow up on leads to support the sales pipeline. Assist with managing customer accounts, keeping them informed on shipment progress and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with various departments to ensure client needs are met and resolve any service-related challenges. Requirements: Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role, ideally within freight forwarding or logistics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or freight management systems is a plus.
