Skills and Requirements Salesforce (or any similar platform) Our client is looking to onboard three new support agents to either their Boca, or Crum Lynne locations. The team has multiple products they sell to high revenue clients, and the main responsibilities for this role will include triaging tickets for both internal and external users and following the entire process to solution for the end user. This job requires a high level of professionalism when communicating with the end users and following a meticulous documentation protocol.
