Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Logistics Sales Executive to help expand our client base beyond our current specialization in automotive and exhibition logistics into broader industries such as imports, exports, and general freight forwarding. This is a mid-level sales role ideal for a professional with some existing book of business who is eager to grow and capitalize on new opportunities.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and traveling periodically within California to meet with potential customers and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Identify and develop new business opportunities across diverse industries beyond automotive and exhibition logistics.
+ Maintain and expand your existing book of business while proactively seeking new clients.
+ Conduct client meetings and presentations, traveling as needed to build relationships and secure deals.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations and client satisfaction.
+ Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve individual targets.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, freight forwarding, and logistics solutions.
+ Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance and manage client interactions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation.
+ Some existing book of business and ability to leverage industry connections.
+ Strong hunter mentality with a passion for business development.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
+ Ability to travel within California for client meetings as needed.
+ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing sales team.
