Adecco is helping a top client fill a Customer Service Representative position. **Rate:** $27.11/hr. **Shift:** Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm (30-min unpaid lunch), flexibility for 4 hours on Saturdays (not required every week) **Type:** Temp **Role Overview:** Assist customers with pre/post-sale questions, installations, and issue resolution via calls, emails, and web chats. Guide and assist customers, follow guidelines, manage time effectively, and ensure timely follow-ups. **Ideal Candidate:** Independent, detail-oriented, and organized with customer service experience (order entry and email). Ability to self-manage and collaborate with various departments like Warehouse, Product Development, Purchasing, Brand Experience, Marketing, and senior management. **Key Responsibilities:** + Address customer concerns and resolve issues independently. + Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. + Negotiate solutions and maintain customer satisfaction. + Record interactions in Salesforce. + Analyze trends to improve customer retention. + Collaborate with Sales and Support Teams for escalations. + Create content to drive customer adoption and engagement. + Navigate multiple business systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** + 2+ years of relevant experience. + Strong written/verbal communication skills. + Quick issue identification and priority management. + Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time-management. + High integrity and professionalism. + Ability to lead teams. + Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Teams and Outlook. + Experience in a fast-paced call center. + Knowledge of Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and Calabrio (or willingness to learn). + Flexible and adaptable, able to multi-task. **Pay Details:** $27.11 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
