Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Sales Support role, located in Jeffersonville, Indiana. In this role, you will serve as a key player in providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, handle order processing, shipment expediting, and invoice management. This job function is situated within a fast-paced and dynamic environment where prioritization and effective communication skills are paramount. Responsibilities: • Efficiently and accurately process customer orders • Monitor and manage OES Bulk Business operations • Verify and approve daily buyback shipments through the relevant supplier web portal • Provide backup support for the customer service hotlines • Uphold high standards of customer service for our customer base, distributors, and sales team • Assist with updating the Retailer Risk Factor • Ensure effective communication with both internal and external customers to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction • Handle invoice management and billing functions • Utilize CRM, ERP Solutions, and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools to optimize work processes • Conduct audits as necessary to ensure compliance and accuracy.
