Description We are offering an employment opportunity in Sacramento, California, in the industry sector for a Sales Support role. In this role, you will be instrumental in streamlining pre- and post-sales activities through efficient administrative tasks. Your proactive approach will be vital in ensuring a smooth sales process in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive support to clients by demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and understanding of industry trends and market insights. • Facilitate efficient communication between account teams, creative teams, and inventory managers to meet client needs promptly and accurately. • Handle the contract lifecycle from creation to execution for both direct clients and agencies, which includes preparing and processing associated forms. • Work collaboratively with General Managers and the Sales team on all client relations aspects, including proposal completion, media plan preparation, and delivering top-notch customer service. • Oversee the internal Proof of Performance process and collaborate with the Operations team to ensure quality control for photo-related deliverables. • Act as a liaison between the Sales and Research teams to resolve report-related issues and assist with staff training. • Aid in the billing process and resolve any discrepancies by partnering with Sales, Billing, and Collection teams. • Build strong, detail oriented relationships with clients and internal teams across accounts, finance, and operations to drive high-quality results. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously by thinking creatively and adapting to changing prioriti Requirements Your Qualifications + Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize. + Must be able to multi-task. + Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel. + Strong analytic capabilities and interest in advertising, marketing and sales. + Self-motivated with 1-2 years of related work experience. + Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Course of study in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or similar a plus.
