This position handles a variety of support and administrative functions within the Government and Institutional Banking line of business. The Sales Support Analyst will occasionally act as back-up to the Sales Support Specialists and assume other duties and projects as directed by management.
Responsibilities:
Handles vendor billing on a weekly and monthly basis by passing billed amounts through Account Analysis and coordinating payments with Accounts PayableRuns and distributes collateral reports on a daily and weekly basisSets-up, tracks and renews FHLB letters of creditOrganizes and registers GIB attendees for conferences, sponsorships, and other sales related activities/eventsResponsible for monthly reconciliation of GIB Wire Clearing Account and G/L AccountsCreates and updates monthly rate sheet for distribution upon client requestAssists with audit confirmations and preparation of collateral lettersOrders supplies as needed for events and office staffCollects and processes account analysis fee check paymentsRuns weekly rate pointer report for distribution to managementPrepares GIB goal table and distribute this report monthlyDistributes quarterly qualified public deposit report to customers within 45 days of each quarter-endPrepares State of Maine internal regulatory reportingPrints, binds, and mails client proposal (RFP) responses as neededAssists with the creation of new purchase ordersOrders customer banking suppliesProvides back-up and support to Sales Support Specialists in the account opening functionRuns and completes daily overdraft processingProvides back-up and support to Relationship Managers who may be in the field/away from the officeWill assume any other duties/special projects as directed by managementEducation Skills & Experience:
High school degree or equivalent required; college degree preferred0-3 years of experienceUnderstanding of and experience with Microsoft suite productsStrong organizational, time management skills and ability to meet required deadlinesExperience with Signature, Aperio, NARP, etc. preferredThe estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 USD to $70,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
