Sales Support Analyst (Remote or Onsite)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Sales Support Analyst supports sales leadership by providing analytics, playing a critical role in the annual price campaign, anticipating business needs and acting upon them, and managing customer correspondence on an as-needed basis.
The Sales Support Analyst will independently handle projects from conception to completion, proficiently work under pressure at times, effectively communicate across a broad corporate platform, and consistently maintain confidentiality and discretion in all areas of performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead price initiative reporting and provide all analytics to support the price campaignMaintain and monitor price tool, including annual audit testingManage projects from inception through completion, working cross functionally with various teams to achieve company targetsExtract and analyze data from internal systems for sales leadershipAssist in the preparation and analysis of presentation material for commercial meetingsRespond rapidly to urgent customer needs, acting as a liaison between commercial and non-commercial functionsLead effective problem solving and establish standard processes for sustainmentSupport field sales with training on technology and electronic toolsOther duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Technical skills, analytical skills, and business knowledgeIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience and demonstrated analytical capability. Experience with pivot tables and v-lookups/x-lookups requiredOrganizational skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of confidentiality and discretion Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and experience working with a team Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteProject management experience preferred

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum 2+ years relevant experience

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $83,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
