Sales Support Analyst - Salesforce Specialist

ADP is hiring a Sales Support Analyst – Salesforce Specialist within our Commercial Operations Center of Excellence (CoE)

*This is a hybrid role based out of our Maitland, FL office.  Qualified candidates must live within commutable distance to this location.*

ADP is seeking a Sales Support Analyst - Salesforce Specialist to join our World-Wide Operations Center of Excellence team.  As a Sales Support Analyst - Salesforce Specialist at ADP, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our sales processes within Salesforce. You will collaborate closely with our sales teams, providing essential support to optimize their efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce.com related inquiries, support, and troubleshooting within the sales department. Maintain and update Salesforce.com records based on requests, ensuring timeliness, data integrity and accuracy to support informed decision-making. Generate and analyze reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Contribute to the development and optimization of standardized procedures and documentation related to Salesforce.com usage. Bring an analytical and problem-solving mindset to standard challenges, working internally and cross-functionally to drive effective solutions, employing excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication. Identify and provide recommendations on how to improve the workflow required in performing support activities.

Qualifications Required:

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include: 1+ years of experience in Sales Support Analyst, Salesforce Specialist, Data Reporting & Analytics, or similar role. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret reports and data. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Team-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable to change. Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com administration, configuration, and data management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred but not required). Work independently and proactively drive issues to resolution. Ownership mindset, making the customer top priority, curiosity, and high ethical standards. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with organizational and time management. Strong Excel, Sales Enablement Tools (CRM, GONG, Seismic, etc.), MSWord and PowerPoint skills. Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and judgement/decision-making ability. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment and meet deadlines. Work independently and proactively drive issues to resolution. Knowledge of HR and Payroll industry tools and best practices are a plus.
