**Position Summary**
The **CIM Expert** role is accountable for maintaining the designated ‘above market’ configuration of the Visualfabriq solution, updating each Market CIM Instance with the correct and most applicable configuration, based on formal change request from the respective market CIM SPOC. The CIM Expert responsibility extends to advising markets on implications of their configuration choices &/or changes, as well as consulting with Visualfabriq Product Team &/or Above-Market IT for guidance where required.
**A day in the life of...**
- Understand Nestle / VisualFabriq blueprint & configuration choices made by individual markets
- Validate configuration changes requested by markets and ensure market awareness of implications.
- Effect configuration changes as requested/validated in test environment.
- Test & confirm that the changes deliver expected outcomes.
- Coordinated with market for local testing & sign off.
- Effect approved configuration changes in the production system.
- Update the required documentation of market configuration.
**What will make you successful**
• Good communication skills in English (both verbally and written) • Expert knowledge of the Visualfabriq solution
• Knowledge of Nestle Customer Planning processes & best practices
• Understanding of integration into Nestle SAP landscape
• Experience of commercial systems and processes
• At least 3 years Business experience, specifically related to Commercial functions / solutions
• Good understanding and networks across Nestle businesses
• Certified VisualFabriq Bootcamp Graduate (can be part of onboarding & ongoing refresher trainings)
• IS or technical experience is a benefit.
• Structured thinker, with ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
• Customer Service oriented.
