Sales Support Consultant, Mortgage & Housing

Equifax is looking for a Sales Support Consultant to join our Mortgage Account Team. This is a problem solving role, providing point support to the Mortgage Account Team from pre-sales through post-sales deployment, including sales information management, contracting, account set-up, onboarding, billing, and reporting. This position follows a hybrid work schedule requiring in-office presence Tuesday-Thursday at our One Atlantic Center (midtown Atlanta) office location.

What you will do

Scale Customer Engagement of Sales TeamMaximize Sales resources’ selling time by taking on back-office tasksConnect with and coordinate internal resources to streamline contract-to-boarding processesSupport issue resolution around billing and general customer serviceAssist with inquiries regarding billing, pricing, contracts, reporting and researchPerform Sales administrative tasks (revenue tracking, etc.)Proactively collaborate with clients to research, implement, and monitor programs that support applications and business goals to ensure a positive relationship.Conduct research to communicate findings/solutions to assist the account team with maintaining and expanding strategic client base and revenue.Maintain tools to support the Sales teamsGenerate Client reporting and Client dashboardsSupport efforts to address past due invoices and customer service issues, execute work ordersCoordinate with Customer Success Managers to support Customer trainingAnalyze sales performance records, interpret results and present 

What experience you need

Minimum 3 years of sales support and/or customer service experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceProven ability to manage and execute multiple tasks and/or projects successfully
