Job Summary:

The candidate will be reporting to one of the company’s Partners, Chris Lack, executing and enhancing Exceptional Risk Advisors’ current sales support strategies.

A qualified candidate has great attention to detail, is highly organized and the ability to work well in a team environment to achieve company goals. The individual should possess a successful track record in customer interaction and case management and have an exceptional work ethic.  Must be proficient in Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities:

Subject matter expert on all Exceptional Risk Products

Creation and distribution of quotes based on Exceptional Risk Advisors binding authority or based on Open Market offers

Obtaining underwriting requirements (applications, insurance exams, financial information) from third party vendors as well as brokers

Building relationships with brokers through phone and e-mail correspondence with special attention to key relationships

Able to identify new brokers through current relationships

Explores additional sales opportunities with current brokers

Follow-up on quotes for new and renewal business

Attending broker meetings

Providing product education to new and existing brokers

Education/Experience:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience required

Insurance industry experience a plus
